Yes, one COVID-19/ventilator story still slipped into the top 3, and a few coronavirus-related stories hit the rest of the top 20 … because cancelling society comes with some major side effects.
When Elon Musk replied to one of my articles last year that “pace of innovation is all that matters in the long run,” he did not say “innovation matters” — he said pace of innovation matters. It’s about how quickly a company is innovating, not the innovation itself.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has confirmed on Twitter that the Smart Summon feature in the future will use the GPS points from the maps/navigation data generated by Tesla cars that have previously been at that location in order to further refine this feature. He was responding to the following tweet directed at him by @thirdrowtesla podcast.

Nowadays, there’s a commemoration on the calendar for just about anything you can think of — from important observances such as Earth Day (April 22) and National Drive Electric Week (Sep 26—Oct 4, 2020) to trivial tributes such as National Bubble Wrap Day and Static Electricity Day. So, it’s inconceivable that such an influential and revered visionary as Elon Musk shouldn’t be honored with his own official day.
Usually, #ElonMuskDay is trending on June 28 — his birthday — but this year it came a bit earlier. The idea of 4/20 for many people is to celebrate smoke day, smoking weed. As you’ve probably known since high school, 4/20 or 4:20 is associated with smoking weed. There are different historical explanations of why that’s the case.
