Mokwheel – A Powerful Contender Focusing On Customer Experience In The E-Bike Market

Monday, February 14 / Press Release: “To promise quality with products and to provide ease with service” is the Mokwheel motto, and they do a pretty good job following it. With over 15 years of experience in product development, Denny L, Mokwheel’s CEO understands how important it is to keep quality in check and is extremely strict on what Mokwheel produces. Denny aims to reach consumers’ hearts by providing amazing products and services with honesty and transparency. Honest in what they do and transparent on how they do. The key to building trust is being trustworthy.

Mokwheel began as an e-scooter company back in 2015 and launched its e-bike section in late January 2022 with two products, the Mokwheel Tor Plus and Upland Plus. They currently have their ongoing post-launch promotions going on, so you can grab an e-bike right now for $1,549 rather than the listed price of $1,699.

New Arrivals Hit The Market

Mokwheel Tor Plus and Upland Plus are exactly what you expect with e-bikes, and they went out of the way and took an extra step with little details like a cushioned seat, full fenders, even an installed rear rack which helps eliminate any hassle consumers may face. The packaging also includes many replacement bolts and all the proper assembly tools necessary in case anything happens for a home repair.

Mokwheel hit the mark this time with the small attentive details they paid attention to. This is probably because their employees are the most loyal consumers of its bikes, they know what’s better for their consumers. These bikes are sturdy with large tires and a lasting frame. You can’t go wrong with these value purchases.

Specs:

  • Tor – Upland
  • Battery 48V 16Ah
  • Range: 45Miles
  • Motor: 750W
  • Capacity: 350lbs
  • Weight: 80lbs
  • Rider Height: 5’3″ ~ 6’4″
  • Tires: 26″ x 4″

Both Tor and Upland models come with a 7-speed Shimano shifter, capable of shifting 7 different gears with the flick of the thumb. To ensure the best consumer experience, Mokwheel bikes include adjustable suspension forks on top of a 4” all-purpose large tire to alleviate any bumps on the road, keeping the ride silky smooth in combination with that cushioned seat.

Convenience Is Essential

The bikes come installed with rear racks covering a surface area of 6.5” x 18.5” and are capable of carrying cargo up to 200 pounds. You can also mount a rear basket or a pannier bag onto the rack to carry essentials with you during the ride. They also come with front and rear fenders, the rear fender is already installed in the packaged bike. A feature that most e-bikes sellers do not give for free and you have to purchase out of pocket.

An outstanding factor of Mokwheel’s e-bikes is the quick charging time of its batteries. You may be led to think that quick charging times indicate a smaller battery, however, that is not the case. While maintaining battery capacities of 48V 16Ah, it can be fully charged in just 6 hours. This means that you can charge the bike after a day of cycling and it will be ready to go on the next morning.

Key Appealing Aspects

The best part about Mokwheel is their soft seating with extra cushioning which helps the bum stay on the seat during a long ride which is the case most of the time with its range of 45Miles. The bike does weigh a bit so it is more suitable for people with a larger build, anywhere from 5’3″ ~ 6’4″.

Mokwheel e-bikes are easy to assembly upon arrival. The hardest part is probably flipping the bike over to install the wheel as it is quite heavy. It takes about 10mins to put the bike together from its shipping package. You can check out the link here for a two-minute assembly video to see how that goes.

What Makes Mokwheel Special?

Mokwheel understands how important quality control is to gain trust and stand its ground as a brand worthy of its consumers.

All Mokwheel employees have taken apart and built the bikes from scratch at least once to fully understand the anatomy of the bikes to relate to any problems consumers may face.
