Eviation Aircraft Plans 9-Seat Electric Airplane — Coming Soon? #CleanTechnica Interview

Eviation Aircraft has announced that it was selected by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for research and development associated with a four-year undergraduate engineering program in its Prescott campus. The program will start in spring of 2019. Embry-Riddle is well known as the world’s largest fully accredited university specializing in aviation and aerospace. CleanTechnica interviews Eviation Aircraft CEO Omer Bar-Yohay.

This past week, the stock market kept panicking, everyone was looking at what is going on in the White House, and the most positive major thing that happened was Elon Musk unveiling the first Boring Company tunnel. At the same time, there was a lot of negative news regarding Tesla: 10 stories related to the stock market, 10 about a few people departing Tesla, 6 about the spontaneous combustion of a Tesla Model S (whose battery was apparently shot — like, with a gun), and the rest on various other topics.

Multilateral Banks Pile Onto Mexico Solar

Mexico’s phenomenal solar expansion over the last three years makes it one of the fastest growing solar nations on the planet. Much of this growth has been financed by a host of multilateral development banks, including several from the United States. Four of these banks have just committed to an 80 megawatt project in Chihuahua state being developed by Spain’s X-Elio.
