A Tesla Semi has been caught on video cruising the streets of Sunnyvale, California and the Tesla Model 3 will be on display in selected east coast showrooms beginning January 19.

However, as should be obvious, the number of pre-orders is far less than Tesla will end up getting annually once mass production of its 100% electric Semi begins.
UPS has pre-ordered 125 Tesla Semi electric trucks, making it the largest pre-order Tesla has received to date for its electric semi. The trucks will be used primarily within the US.
