Interview with The Climate Collective’s Pratap Raju about India’s Cleantech Startups

I met with Pratap Raju, Founding Partner at the Climate Collective, two years ago at the 2018 ClimateLaunchpad Global Grand Final in Edinburgh. That was the first year India was a participating country in the global competition, and it was a great success. India has seen massive growth in the cleantech startup scene, and Pratap is one of the leaders in the space.

For the past four years, ClimateLaunchpad has been growing their green business competition. Their 2019 season is underway, with competing countries from almost 50 countries. Each country receives applicants, hosts national level Boot Camps and competitions, and then three winners from each country head to the Global Grand Final – this year being held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
