It is an entity which has forgotten that it is part of an organized society where all of its members work together for the benefit of all. That cancerous corporation sees its purpose in life as only to gain as much as it can for itself, and to grow, multiply, and prosper, at the expense of the society it is meant to serve.

As a Tesla fan, user and campaigner, I feel somehow obliged to tell you there are better places for your European presence (not saying Germany is a bad choice, but simply that there are better).
