In conversations with city employees about a swift transition to EVs, I listen to the feedback about the mechanics, the technicians that work on city-owned vehicles. They are not accustomed to EVs, but it is time to train them to become experts. That is what Mitsubishi is doing — in the UK. All technicians will receive IMI (Institute of the Motor Industry) qualifications in electric and hybrid vehicles.
