You may have caught on that we at CleanTechnica have an affinity for sustainable businesses (what was your first clue?!). You also may have heard about the holiday shopping event called “Sustainable Saturday” — an alternative to the hectic, consumerist “Black Friday,” which is quickly approaching. It’s a chance to support forward thinking, eco-conscious companies that could get overlooked in the chaos of holiday shopping.
Before the shopping madness begins, CleanTechnica is putting together an alternative shopping platform next week, on Tuesday, November 24th: a Virtual Trade Show to honor some carefully selected sustainable businesses. These companies are dedicated to a mission of helping create a cleaner, greener world, and we want to share them with you.
How Does It Work?
A virtual trade show is similar to the in-person version: it’s an online event at which vendors showcase their products or services, while attendees booth-hop (a Zoom breakout room acts as a vendor booth) and soak up the latest offerings of each company.
Our intention is to create a unique, informative, COVID-safe experience that allows you to connect with green-minded folks at a time when we all could use a little more connection. This quick and easy, one-hour event provides a focused space for dialogue with some eco businesses we love, and we know you’ll love, too.
Check out the details:
- Tuesday, November 24
- 12:00-1:00pm PST / 3:00–4:00pm EST
The event is filling up quickly, so please don’t wait to sign up. Follow this link to sign up as a vendor or participant: https://cleantechnica.com/

In theory, your most exclusive and best content goes behind a paywall. But then fewer people read it! We just don't like paywalls, and so we've decided to ditch ours. Unfortunately, the media business is still a tough, cut-throat business with tiny margins. It's a never-ending Olympic challenge to stay above water or even perhaps — gasp — grow. So ...
