November is here! And that means the holidays are just around the corner. (Yikes, already??) With the impending mayhem that holiday shopping brings, we at CleanTechnica decided to create an alternative to the hectic, consumerist shopping experience we’ve come to accept during this time of year. Enter … Virtual Trade Shows!
How It Works
A virtual trade show is similar to the in-person version: it’s an online event at which vendors showcase their goods, while attendees booth-hop (a Zoom breakout room acts as a vendor booth) and soak up the latest offerings of each company.
This month, we have a series of trade shows, each featuring a different type of conscious company: Small Businesses, Sustainable Businesses, and EV Aftermarket Products and Accessories.
Our intention is to create a unique, informative, COVID-safe experience that allows you to connect with like-minded folks at a time when we all could use a little more connection.

Here at CleanTechnica, we implemented a limited paywall for a while, but it always felt wrong — and it was always tough to decide what we should put behind there. In theory, your most exclusive and best content goes behind a paywall. But then fewer people read it! We just don't like paywalls, and so we've decided to ditch ours. Unfortunately, the media business is still a tough, cut-throat business with tiny margins. It's a never-ending Olympic challenge to stay above water or even perhaps — gasp — grow. So ...
