Update: Apologies, but the video initially highlighted in this article has been removed from YouTube. We’ve added two other Tesla Model 3 videos in exchange, even though they don’t compare to the original. Also remember that you can play with Model 3 touchscreen controls virtually thanks to a simulator someone put on the invision app.

Update 2: The original video has been uploaded to a mirror site here.

Not a lot to write about for this one, folks. Matt Holm uploaded a video to YouTube on September 22 detailing the first delivery of a Tesla Model 3 outside the state of California. His friend invited him along for the event and Matt made a video of the whole process. Any questions about how the Model 3 touchscreen works should be answered by this video. It turns out, there’s a lot for the new owner to learn.

Tesla says it is delivering Model 3 cars to California customers first so it can return them to the factory and remedy any glitches easily. A slow rollout across the country is planned, followed by deliveries to other parts of the world beginning in 2018. Keep an eye out for the first Model 3 in your area. They’re out there … somewhere.
