Ecotricity, How I Love Your Ads! (VIDEO)

In February of 2012, I wrote a short article about one of my favorite ads ever. The ad was a video from Ecotricity. Ecotricity and Good Energy are two awesome companies (as far as I can tell) that offer green electricity to UK residents… often for even cheaper than the UK’s conventional electricity companies! Those conventional companies are referred to as “the Big Six,” by the way (relevant to the video below). They’ve been raising prices pretty aggressively recently, and Ecotricity and Good Energy responded by freezing their prices. That’s what this sequel to that 2012 video is all about [note: you HAVE to watch with the sound on]:

I’m a big fan of Ecotricity and its style of advertising, which you might have gathered if you noticed that we’ve written at least 23 stories related to the company. But these videos take the cake. So clever, so beautiful, so cute, so well executed. In case you haven’t yet seen the first one, here it is again:
