As I wrote last night (er, early this morning), Xpeng has made the next step in its IPO process by indicating its expected share price at IPO ($11–13) and the fact that it aims to raise $1.1 billion on the high end of that target.
“Smart” electric vehicle startup Xpeng filed for an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) a couple of weeks ago (the SEC filing is here), and I essentially broke the news while also diving into the company more than I think any other media site did. There’s now an update on the filing — Xpeng is aiming to raise $1.1 billion.
Xpeng, which I wrote an in-depth piece on just a couple of days ago, has just filed for an initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). Its SEC Form F-1, filed today, is more than 200 pages long and we’ll be diving into it to see what we can learn. But the short story is that Xpeng has filed for IPO to trade under the symbol “XPEV.” In the meantime….
