It is the night before Christmas and it is 2 AM. The only one stirring is Tesla’s Starman (Eli Burton) as he sits in his Tesla opening the gift that Santa Musk has given. Eli, aka Starman from My Tesla Adventure, gives us a preview of Tesla’s Full Self Driving technology and also a first look at Tesla’s latest software version 2019.40.50.1 update. Eli shows us several new and exciting things that came with this Christmas Eve update.

Last night before going to bed I noticed one of my friends on Twitter (Sofiaan) was getting a new software update (2019.36.1). I read a little about it and then I noticed I got it too! Tesla’s V10 software update was teased recently thanks to a flood of information flowing from Elon Musk’s Twitter feed. According to Musk, the timeframe for V10 “depends on how release to owners with early access goes, but hopefully wide release by end of August.” Early access members have been given an early August release date.
