We've had our Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus for about 5 months now. The car is a wonderful vehicle and I wouldn't trade it for anything else. (Though, I frequently debate with myself if I'd prefer the Model 3 or the Model Y.)

Cracking the code of what people want in their electric vehicles is not that complicated, even though analysts at Edmunds seem to think otherwise.
In an article published by the San Diego Union Tribune, a market analyst at Edmunds said that electric car buyers "don’t seem to be EV fans, they seem to be Tesla fans.” She also said that, "It’s been really hard for any other company to crack the code of what people want in an EV.”

There's nothing like experience. You can read and write about something all day, but until you experience it, it's just a concept, and you don't really understand it.
So, with that in mind, it is often interesting and useful to collect feedback from actual EV drivers about what they appreciate about their cars. It's also often interesting and useful to find out the top misconceptions they discover other people have about electric cars

BMW, Audi, and Mercedes should be prepped for this, since they've already been walloped in the large luxury sedan class. Nonetheless, what's coming is like nothing they could truly prep for. These automakers have been trading wins with each other in various monthly and annual races, but Usain Bolt just came to town and is soon joining the track days
