The trading week of May 20–24 was not kind to Tesla. The stock dropped more than 20 points, which translates into a loss of some $3.5 billion in market capitalization. The primary reason for the plunge was investor reactions to a full-court press of negative comments from analysts and the media.
Tesla employees tell CNBC the company has decided to build the Model Y there. The Model S and Model X will be consolidated into one assembly line to make room for Model Y production. They also say a refreshed Model S is coming in September.

You have to use those miles within 6 months, but they could save you about about $450 if you drive a lot, less if you drive less. You should also get your car by June 30, 2019 — so, if you are in the US, you should be eligible for the $3,750 tax credit.
