A new report from the market research firm Ipsos has found that, globally speaking, the auto markets with the most skeptical consumer bases when it comes to autonomous vehicles are the USA and Canada.
During the months of September and October 2017, Ipsos RDA deployed secret shoppers covering 11 auto brands selling electric vehicles across the 10 largest markets for electric vehicles in the US, with the intent being to determine dealer preparedness for the rapid growth of the sector.
The “2014 Best Chinese Electric Vehicle Battery Brand Based on Customer Satisfaction” award goes to… Tianneng Power — according to leading research group Ipsos.
