Thanks to everyone who joined us for CleanTechnica’s webinar yesterday. We hosted a very interesting conversation between EV Connect’s* Chief Revenue Officer, John Karambelas, and Murn Properties’ president, Keith Gillan. The discussion was on the opportunities provided by electric vehicle (EV) charging at multi-family properties, as well as obstacles that leaders in this space still face when trying to inspire or implement such solutions.

John, Keith, and CleanTechnica CEO Zach Shahan chatted about attracting and retaining residents and tenants with EV charging. We at CleanTechnica like to see the EV revolution rolling right along, and a main point that came up more than once from all of the presenters was that EV charging at multi-unit housing properties will change from being an amenity to being a necessity — and already is in some places. Music to our ears.

You can check out the full recorded webinar here:

If you’re currently a resident of a multi-unit dwelling (condo, apartment, duplex, etc.) and you are appealing or will appeal to have EV charging installed at your building, consider sharing this discussion with your property manager or owner. They will find lots of insight from many sides of the discussion.

Here’s another big thank you to all those who tuned in yesterday! We had many excellent questions come up, so extra thanks to those who asked questions. We look forward to seeing more and more electric vehicle parking crop up at multi-family properties. Let us know of any successes (or obstacles) you are aware of!
