In a new interview with Complex, Jaden Smith (rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, and son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith) declared, “I’m an inventor. And Elon Musk is my idol and I’m not gonna stop until I’m like Elon Musk.”
He explains in the interview that he will continue to make music, but he wants to do so much more. He already has done much more with JUST Water, which produces eco-friendly bottled water.
Love Just Water btw

Jaden got his inspiration for JUST Water from Elon Musk. He plans to take Elon’s attitude toward Tesla and apply it to bottled water, and so far, he’s doing a stellar job of it. The water is packaged in a box-like container that is made from paper and plant-based materials. The lid for the water is made from sugarcane. Jaden told Business Insider:
“Elon went from PayPal immediately into Tesla. He revolutionized the car industry in a way that no one before him could do. … I want to step into this water-bottle industry and revolutionize it in a way, because I’m thinking in a way that no one else is thinking.”
Doing more than just creating a better way to drink water, Jaden is bringing it to Flint, Michigan. His organization collaborated with First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church and they plan to deploy The Water Box, a mobile water filtration system.
Flint is not the only city where Jaden is making an impact. On Instagram, he introduced his I Love You restaurant, a pop-up food truck to help the homeless of LA. The meals are vegan and they are free.

Having been homeless before, I can attest to the fact that many shelters and churches only give what they can. I’ve seen diabetics being given peanut butter and jelly sandwiches — something that could kill them — but being homeless, they had no choice but to take it. There are times when the food is also expired or has gone bad.
Many shelters and food banks often only have what they are given, so Jaden’s initiative in providing healthy vegan meals to the homeless really makes a huge impact on me.
Jaden’s Love For Elon Musk & Tesla

Jaden told Quartz that he admires Elon Musk “as a thinker, as an entrepreneur, as a helper to humanity.”
This also means a lot for Tesla as a brand simply because Jaden, in a sense, has become a brand ambassador for Tesla. Using the Model X in his Coachella performance and using it also in some of his videos, while including his love for Tesla in lyrics of his songs, expose the brand to many of his fans.
Like many rappers who rap about their Lambos, Jaden shows off Tesla as a premium product to desire. This will inspire his fan base to research Tesla, and when they see that they can get a Model 3 starting at just $35,000, many of them will do just that.

I don't like paywalls. You don't like paywalls. Who likes paywalls? Here at CleanTechnica, we implemented a limited paywall for a while, but it always felt wrong — and it was always tough to decide what we should put behind there. In theory, your most exclusive and best content goes behind a paywall. But then fewer people read it! We just don't like paywalls, and so we've decided to ditch ours. Unfortunately, the media business is still a tough, cut-throat business with tiny margins. It's a never-ending Olympic challenge to stay above water or even perhaps — gasp — grow. So ...
