Tesla Model 3 Production & Deliveries In April — Where You At?

It’s that time of month again — the beginning of the month. With regards to the Tesla Model 3 and CleanTechnica, that means we ask for your take on last month’s Model 3 production and delivery totals.

It’s that time of month again — the beginning of the month. With regards to the Tesla Model 3 and CleanTechnica, that means we ask for your take on last month’s Model 3 production and delivery totals.

Of course, I’m prepping to make my own estimate for our monthly US electric car sales report, and part of that now involves taking your pulse. (As an official note, estimates that won’t be accepted include “more than any other electric car” — we’ve figured as much by now — and “doesn’t matter, since Tesla will be out of business by the end of the year” — come on, get over yourself).

Other data points you might want to take into consideration before making your estimates:

Bloomberg estimates that nearly 10,000 Tesla Model 3’s were produced in April.

This crowdsourced Google Sheet estimates 7,427 Model 3’s produced in April.

That same sheet (but different tab) estimates 6,104 Model 3 deliveries in April.

Let us know what you think April Tesla Model 3 production and deliveries were.

Something like 1,000x or 10,000x more people read these articles than comment on them, but seriously, drop us an estimate if you can be bothered.

Unfortunately, the media business is still a tough, cut-throat business with tiny margins. It's a never-ending Olympic challenge to stay above water or even perhaps — gasp — grow. So ...
