BMW i8 Roadster Shown In New Teaser Video

While BMW has been teasing the possible release of a roadster or coupe version of the i8 for years now, things seem to finally be moving along towards an actual near-term release. In anticipation of this, BMW recently unveiled a new teaser video that seems worth sharing here.

While the roadster version of the BMW i8 is likely to sell well enough to satisfy the company’s sales goals, the all-electric performance and range of the model seems like it will be a bit dated at the time of release. … But the car is really a style and status thing, isn’t it?
