Tesla Gigafactory Pictures With Tesla Board (Elon Musk, JB Straubel, Steve Jurvetson, Kimbal Musk…)

The Tesla Motors board recently took a tour of the Tesla Gigafactory. Steve Jurvetson and Kimbal Musk have both shared some photos from the tour. Aside from Steve & Kimbal, there are some good shots of Elon Musk, JB Straubel, and (of course) the developing Gigafactory.
I shared Steve’s and Kimbal’s pictures over on EV Obsession last night and earlier this morning, but in case you haven’t seen, they are below as well, with a few interesting tidbits included (well, interesting in my opinion). Elon Musk reportedly says that current build of the Gigafactory is about 20% of its full size… holy cow, that thing is going to be big! We knew it was going to be big, but now it looks even more impressive.
Phase 1 of the Gigafactory is 1.7 million square feet.
