Opel has now released the official pricing for its family-friendly newcomer and opened the order books. For just 28,990 euros, customers will be able to drive a brand-new Frontera Electric that has room for five passengers. A great start to going totally electric, it’s reasonably priced for the family market and a positive for the climate friendlier future of the kids.

On another note, by May 2025, EV enthusiasts in Serbia will find 80 brand-new EV chargers installed around the nation’s highways. According to Transport Minister Goran Vesica, Serbia wants to build the best infrastructure possible in this region of Europe to replace fossil fuels. Serbia has made progress in electrifying its transportation system, having just acquired nine electric trains in May.

The announcement that the Nio Firefly will employ smaller, specific switch stations is promising for everyone going forward. I’m sure that some of us at CleanTechnica would like to test out swap stations in the US.
