Tesla P85D Reactions In Slow Motion

Few things are more entertaining than seeing people genuinely surprised. That’s what the Tesla P85D’s ‘Insane Mode’ does. The car can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in as little as 3.1 seconds*. That’s more than enough to pin passengers to their seats and give them a good scare. The video below is a great demonstration of that. A driver took several groups of passengers on test drives in a P85D and recorded their reactions with a dashboard-mounted GoPro Hero 3 camera. The replays are in slow motion.

(*Note: The Tesla P85D achieves this performance with the help of a 221 HP front electric motor, and a 470 HP rear one.)
