Tesla Supercharger Network Surpasses 200-Station Milestone

The Tesla Supercharger network now comprises more than 200 stations worldwide, as a recent Google+ posting from Tesla Motors has noted.

The impressive number is even more impressive when you consider that only a few years ago there were no Tesla Supercharger stations at all. That’s a pretty impressive expansion/growth rate.

On that note, the Tesla Supercharger expansion into the Chinese market is continuing along at a nice pace, with the first ever station in western China recently being opened in Chengdu, making the total 201 before we even had time to cover the 200-Supercharger milestone. Though, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s already another, newer Tesla Supercharger in place somewhere…
