Project Loveday served as much more than just a contest to see who could make the best commercial for Tesla but more importantly as a vehicle to take Tesla’s message to the masses directly. Many entries, whether in the top 10 or not, garnered thousands of views that reverberated across social media and mainstream media. The contest itself pulled in new creative talent to produce content that would not otherwise have been developed to share the message of sustainable energy and sustainable, electric transportation.
With the excitement of the contest now over, all eyes are redirecting and refocusing on the big news of the night — the Tesla Model 3 production version unveiling. Small changes to reservation holders’ “My Tesla” pages have been made over the last few days, including an updated picture of the Model 3 that reflects the final production version of the vehicle as well as smaller changes to the details on the page.
Tesla’s homepage, which is now dedicated to streaming the Model 3 event, also includes a note that employees with a reservation should refer to their email for instructions on how to order — not to place or modify a reservation, but to ORDER a Model 3. It is going to be an exciting night. The event kicks off in just a few short minutes.
