It isn’t for everyone, but if you have been looking for a powerful ride that works both as a daily rider in the city and can handle dirt or rocky trails, you will want to read this review and see if this e-bike is for you. So, where does this fit? This is a hybrid that is well suited to all-terrain riding since it has the tires and power for great traction and the full suspension to make it comfortable off-road. It also works well for commuting, since it has the speed (class 3 out of the box is 28 mph and can be unlocked to go up to 35 mph) to keep up with traffic on city streets. Kingbull, a brand that burst onto the scene in 2023 with a focus on quality manufacturing and accessible pricing, designed the Jumper Go to bridge the gap between urban commuting and off-road exploration. The company sought to create a “step-through design paired with a smart linkage suspension” that offers “a more stable, smoother, and more enjoyable ride — so everyone can experience the thrill.” This intent is evident in its core features: a 750W Bafang brushless hub motor delivering 80Nm of torque for conquering 35° climbs, a 960Wh Samsung lithium battery promising up to 80 miles of range, and full suspension (100mm front travel via a Zoom coil spring fork and 50mm rear via a DNM air shock) to handle rugged terrain.
Kingbull emphasized inclusivity, with a low step-through aluminum frame accommodating riders from 5’3″ to 6’7″, and a massive 450-pound payload capacity — including a 150-pound rear rack — for carrying gear, groceries, or even passengers. The inclusion of puncture-resistant 20×4-inch Kenda fat tires, Tektro four-piston hydraulic disc brakes, and a torque sensor (TROG-1B) for intuitive power delivery underscores the goal of making off-road e-biking approachable for beginners and versatile for enthusiasts. Unboxing & Assembly
The e-bike came 90% assembled. We only had to put on the handlebars, then put on the front wheel, fender, and headlight. As a test, I had my sister attempt to assemble it, as she has never assembled an e-bike before.
She read all the documentation and reviewed all the information on the website. Under support for this model, she watched the video multiple times. She had some trouble putting on the front wheel and had to open the brake pads to make room for the brake calipers. It is a lot easier if you have two people. Although, it can be done alone if you turn the bike over so you don’t have to support the bike while aligning the wheel. The documentation had labels for all the big things but not the small things, so we needed to email support for help on how to install a few of the smaller parts not referred to in the assembly instructions. We had to put the chain on, as it was off. The seat, pedals, handlebars, and front fender were easy enough to install, but the headlight was confusing. We emailed support and sent a picture of all the unlabeled pieces and asked them to identify them and asked about installing the headlight. It took a couple of interactions, but we figured it out.
We realized that the fork was installed crookedly, so that if the wheel was straight, the handlebars were off at an angle to the right. We righted the fork and were ready to to take it for a spin.
Riding Impressions
Zipping through city traffic, the Jumper Go shone as a commuter. The 750W Bafang hub motor delivered punchy acceleration, hitting 28 mph in Class 3 mode with ease, while the throttle capped at 20 mph for Class 2 compliance. I loved the intuitive controls on the KB35H display — speed, battery life, and PAS levels at a glance. Hydraulic Tektro four-piston brakes with 180mm rotors brought me to confident stops, even loaded with groceries on the 150-pound rear rack. The 450-pound total payload made it practical for errands or hauling gear, and integrated lights plus an electric horn added safety for dusk rides.
Venturing off-road, this bike transformed into a rugged explorer. On gravel trails and moderate inclines, the 20×4-inch Kenda puncture-resistant tires gripped like glue, tackling sand, mud, and loose rocks without slipping. The motor’s 85Nm torque conquered 35° climbs effortlessly, and the Shimano Altus 8-speed drivetrain shifted crisply under load. What really elevated the experience was the TROG-1B torque sensor — it responded seamlessly to my pedaling force, ramping up assist naturally without the jerkiness of cadence sensors. No abrupt surges; just smooth, proportional power that made hills feel flatter and rides more engaging, like an extension of my own effort.
Battery life held up well too, with the 960Wh Samsung pack delivering around 55 miles in mixed riding, closer to 70–80 in eco mode — plenty for a full day out. I appreciated the removable design for easy charging. Pros abound: premium components like the Bafang motor and Tektro brakes at this price, plus that torque sensor for a premium feel. Cons? It’s heavy for lifting and no app connectivity for tracking.

I think the Kingbull Jumper Go offers an excellent value for the right customer. Someone who wants a powerful e-bike with top -quality, brand-name components, suitable for commuting, off-road, and cargo use cases, and is comfortable with doing minor assembly and willing to trade local support for big saving, will find this a great deal.
