Invenergy Seeks Permission to Build 500-MW Oregon Wind Farm

Chicago's Invenergy is proposing to build a 502-MW wind farm in eastern Oregon, a massive project that, in addition to offering substantial economic and social benefits, also raises concerns about its effects on wildlife and quality of life in an area known for its wilderness.
