Bumper Cars, Flying Games, In-Motion Naptime — Things Your Tesla Isn’t Meant For (7 Videos)
People be crazy, ya know?
People be crazy, ya know?
The Tesla Model 3 has caused a stir at two shopping malls in California where crowds jostled each other for a chance to actually touch and sit in one.
The first used Tesla Model 3 has been sold on Ebay for a $19,000 profit, a video of minor defects in a new Model 3 has surfaced, and Elon is somewhere in Chile. All the Tesla news that fits, we print!
Following up on Steve and Kyle’s great coverage of Tesla Model 3 exterior details and Tesla Model 3 interior + infotainment details, here’s my piece covering the third segment of the Model 3 Owners Club’s deep dive into a Model 3 they came across.
Trevor from the Tesla Model 3 Owners Club reached out to us for a sneak peak at a video they put together that dives deep into just about every nook and cranny of a brand new, first-run Pearl White Tesla Model 3 Long Range.
To do the video justice, we broke the video out into 3 segments that cover roughly 20 minutes each. Following up on Steve’s article, I will be diving into the interior and touchscreen details, and then Zach will dive into control stalks, the keycard & app, windshield wipers, driving experience, and a bit more.
Trevor Page of the Model 3 Owners Club contacted us here at CleanTechnica a few days ago to say he and YouTube co-host Kenneth Bokor had secured the use of a Tesla Model 3 for two days. They were free to drive the car, probe its intricate bits inside and out, photograph it, take videos, and measure things. They sent over a 1 hour and 10 minute video of the details. The only restriction put on us was that we could not share the video or embed it into a story until after Tesla announced that regular production of the Model 3 had officially begun. Naturally, we agreed to Trevor’s terms and conditions.
Elon Musk has posted a video on Instagram showing the Model 3 production line operating at 1/10th speed. When will full production begin?
A series of videos by Joe Torbati & OCDetailing of the new Model 3 left an impressive impression of the freshest Tesla EV to roll off the lines, a car that is receiving perhaps unprecedented attention. Hope and expectations are that it may become as familiar as the Toyota Camry was in its prime.
Okay. The video posted a few days ago about the first Tesla Model 3 delivered outside of California kinda bombed when the person who uploaded it to YouTube subsequently removed it. That’s a shame. Got too much publicity, we suppose. But that’s not the end of the story. Plenty of others are committing Model 3 sightings to video and posting them to YouTube, so we turned our ace research team loose (that would be Kyle Field) and came up with some other videos to help you deal with your disappointment.
A new video has surfaced that shows the interior of the Tesla Model 3 in more detail than previously available, especially that controversial center mounted 15″ touch screen.
