Hot on the heels of the news of Shell New Energy acquiring sonnen, the company is restructuring its North American leadership team. Blake Richetta has been named CEO of the new sonnen Inc, which will focus on expanding the company's presence in North American markets. A team of industry-hardened leaders has been formed into a US Board of Directors to support the renewed push into new and existing markets for sonnen's products
