Tesla Centers Are Taking Over China

Tesla Centers seem to be taking over China, or will be soon enough. Tesla is unstoppable in China and is converting some of its 48 showrooms into “one-stop shops” that will be known as “Tesla Centers.” These Tesla Centers will serve as warehouses for deliveries, support locations for maintenance, as well as service centers and charging stations.

Tesla Experience Centers In China Receive First Model 3s, Panasonic Passes On China Battery Factory

Tesla has 49 so-called Experience Centers in China where people can go to learn more about Tesla automobiles. CNN reports that Model 3 sedans built at Gigafactory 3 in Shanghai are now available at those Experience Centers for test drives, citing a post Tesla made on WeChat. The Model 3 is also featured at an international car show in the city of Guangzhou that opened last Friday.

The Chinese Market For Tesla Is Vast

The Chinese market for Tesla is potentially much bigger than that of the U.S., despite a common myth about Tesla’s affordability in China. There’s a common implication that many people in China are poor and cannot afford to buy a Tesla, so there is not much of a market for Tesla in China. A new study shows just how wrong this common lie is that Tesla short sellers tell each other as they convince themselves that they will get rich shorting Tesla.

How TSLAQ Got Played In China

TSLAQ got played in China. It seems that the forces against Tesla are not that brilliant after all. Not only do they believe the lies they make up (never advisable), but they are apparently just gullible when it comes to anything potentially negative about Tesla. All one has to do is create a new Twitter account and tweet anti-Tesla stuff and they are in. Our favorite Tesla Gigafisherman, Chao Zhou, put this theory to the test — although, he may have done so without knowing it.
