The “dream car” is a staple of American culture. But what particular cars do Americans dream of? In a country that seems to be divided over everything from food to dog breeds, are we all pining for the same glamorous rides? In an attempt to answer these pressing questions, AutoWise studied Twitter data to see which cars people most often described as the vehicles of their dreams.

The Development of Global Carbon Taxes: Monthly Update

According to a yearly in-depth report from the World Bank in June 2019, 57 countries have committed to implementing or scheduling carbon pricing initiatives, including a carbon tax. So far, 46 national and 28 subnational jurisdictions have adopted carbon pricing to help reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and keep in line with their 2030 objectives and the Paris Agreement. And since last year’s report, 11 more countries have committed to scheduling carbon pricing for implementation.

Lafayette, Louisiana To Get A New Tesla Supercharger

Lafayette will soon join the ranks of Tesla-friendly cities like its fellow cities of Lake Charles, Baton Rouge, and Alexandria. Back in May, permits were filed for electrical lines to be installed for a proposed Tesla Supercharger over at the Stirling Center on Louisiana Avenue just off of I-10. The Stirling Center would be ideal since it’s a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and stores for Tesla owners traveling through to explore and take a break at.
