7 Interesting Electric Cars At The Guangzhou Auto Show — #CleanTechnica Pics & Wrap-Up

November 24th, 2018 | by Sebastian Blanco

The Guangzhou Motor Show is like the Chinese auto industry as a whole. It's huge, it's confusing (to a foreigner there for the first time), and it's full of electric vehicles. As someone who's been paying attention to the North American and, to a lesser extent, European EV scene for a dozen years, visiting the show in Guangzhou this past week was a revelation. I mean, how many new alphanumeric EV names can you cram into your brain in a matter of hours

Inflection Points & True Leadership In The EV Revolution — CleanTechnica At #Intersolar Middle East

November 19th, 2018 | by Cynthia Shahan

This presentation — video and text summary below — is not the freshest one from CleanTechnica Director Zach Shahan. However, it is as relevant today as when the presentation was delivered live in Dubai, UAE, last year. Furthermore, at ~25 minutes, it is a bit longer than a typical presentation, which provides more room to run somewhat deeply and broadly into the topics. The downside of the presentation, Zach notes, is that he was horribly sick for a week or two leading into this

They look set to meet their initial goal of having 50 locations open (averaging 6 charging stalls each) by the end of

Zachary Shahan, Director & Chief Editor at CleanTechnica, recently interviewed Thomas Samuel, founder of Sunna Design, a 2018 Zayed Future Energy Prize (ZFEP) winner. Every prize is a sweet acknowledgment of leadership in sustainable development and deep humanitarian efforts. Sunna is a kind business that brings light to undeveloped countries. The interview is a fresh exchange between two young, inspired fathers who are successfully supporting sustainability goals in different ways
