Istanbul, Turkey — AcePower, a leading Chinese EV charger module supplier, has announced its partnership with IMECAR, a leading Turkish EV equipment provider, at EV Charge Show 2025 (November 12–14, 2025 | Istanbul Expo Center | Hall 3, Booth G4b). This collaboration will see AcePower supply its advanced full-SiC high-efficiency charger modules to IMECAR, significantly improving the performance and reliability of their chargers and fast-tracking the deployment of ultra-fast charging stations across Turkey.
Mark, CEO of IMECAR, commented, “The charger module is at the heart of any charging system. AcePower’s full-silicon carbide technology provides superior efficiency and a longer lifespan, greatly enhancing our product’s competitiveness in international markets. Moreover, it reduces the initial investment cost for operators, enabling faster roll-out of charging stations.”
AcePower’s EV charging modules are built on a full-SiC design and utilize an innovative two-stage power conversion topology (PFC + LLC). This combination ensures 0.5% higher efficiency compared to traditional full-SiC designs, reducing energy bills. For instance, a 120kW charger equipped with AcePower’s modules in China can save around $325 annually.
Unveiled at Power2Drive 2025, the company’s next-generation 50 kW air-cooled charger module delivers >97 % conversion efficiency while meeting the stringent EMI Class B limit—engineered to operate reliably at altitudes up to 4,000m. This design can allow installation in virtually any site or climate.
Our liquid-cooled portfolio—featuring the 45 kW bidirectional and 75 kW ACDC modules—were one of the first batches in the industry to be developed and deployed at scale, with installations already running in Turkey and across Europe.
“Our mission—‘Innovate for a greener world’—drives us to continually upgrade our products, from 30/40/50 kW air-cooled to 40/75/125 kW liquid-cooled solutions,” said AcePower’s co-founder. “We’re excited to collaborate with clients worldwide to accelerate the expansion of EV charging infrastructure and make charging faster, more efficient, and more accessible.”
