Electric bus adoption shows no signs of slowing down. We regularly share stories of transit authorities buying another batch of electric buses, and it’s happening all over the world. Most recently, we got some big orders. Berlin, Germany, added 90 electric buses and Bogota, Colombia, added 470.
Investing in Tesla has always been a rollercoaster ride. This year, however, Tesla’s stock has surged higher and higher all while settling into the prestigious S&P 500. It’s been quite rewarding for retail investors — minting some surprised (and happy) millionaires in the process.
Volkswagen ended e-Golf production about a week ago, but unlike many other discontinued EVs (electric vehicles), the e-Golf is being replaced with a newer EV in the same class: the ID.3.
First, What is FAANG?

There are many stories about people who made enough money in Tesla (TSLA) stock to buy a Tesla vehicle. Some are now even “TSLA millionaires.” Many electric vehicle fans and followers have made money on Tesla’s stock as well as that of other young electric automakers, like NIO, which is a Chinese automaker whose stock has risen from $3.72 to $45+ in the past year.
A couple weeks ago, people made a big deal about Apple’s possible continued work on an electric car. Production was supposedly planned around 2024, with talk of a revolutionary “monocell” battery that could change the whole industry.
Nobody thinks of rarity when they think of sand.
There’s a problem, though. In some places they’re actually running out of the stuff. No joke.
