Reynolds supports conservation efforts so his children can enjoy a bright, sustainable future.

“Deadpool” star Ryan Reynolds developed a passion for the environment in high school after attending an outdoor education program. All these years later, he continues to advocate for sustainability, whether he is supporting American Forest’s The One Tree Initiative or stopping by 24 Hours of Reality: The Road Forward to discuss the preservation of our natural resources for future generations.

Check out his interview with Jamil Smith, where he discusses conservation and national parks, the climate-related wildfire threat, and much more:

“I have two kids under the age of two. I want them to enjoy [national parks] in the same way that I’ve been able to enjoy them since I first moved to this country,” Reynolds said. “Right now, in this time, it’s a really critical time. We’re at a place where we’re going to look back in history and see whether we did the right thing or the wrong thing.”
