Solar Sales Energy Specialist (3 positions): SolarCity
It all starts here! Field Energy Specialist is the first point of contact to help educate potential customers about the many benefits of solar energy and the benefits of installing SolarCity’s residential solar systems. Through our many partnerships, such as with The Home Depot or Best Buy, you will be responsible for identifying potential SolarCity customers, answering their questions regarding our service and arranging customer consultations in their homes with our Outside Solar Sales Consultants. You will receive extensive training on SolarCity’s advanced sales process and technologies. SolarCity’s philosophy is to reward and promote top performers. Positions available for Cranbury, NJ, Blackwood, NJ, and Pine Brook, NJ.

Climate Program Officer, Clean Energy: Barr Foundation
The Barr Foundation is seeking a program officer to work within the Climate Program’s Clean Energy Focus Area. The goal of the clean energy focus area is to reduce the energy sector’s emissions by building the path to a clean, efficient, and modern energy system. The strategies to achieve this goal are: 1) accelerating the expansion of renewable energy and energy efficiency in the Northeast, and 2) promoting sharing of effective clean energy practices, policies, and communication strategies across the U.S. and globally. This program officer will report to the Clean Energy Senior Program Officer (CESPO).

Solar Project Manager: Sullivan Solar Power
With the rapid growth in the San Diego region, our SD operations team is looking to add a sharp, organized, hardworking Project Manager to the Sullivan family to work with customers and the design team to execute planned designs in a timely manner with flawless results. Candidates will gain experience with PV system design & installation, Authority Having Jurisdiction(AHJ) requirements around the county, the National Electric Code(NEC), as well as many other building code & industry requirements. In this solar photovoltaic systems’ PM role, the successful candidate always looks to improve themselves personally and professionally, is highly articulate, self-motivated, solution oriented, and an enthusiastic team player. This person needs to be a well-organized crew leader that exceeds installation deadlines with a close eye on project integrity. This job description is for the San Diego office and will service territories 100 miles+ surrounding the Irvine area.

Senior Manager, Energy Efficiency: Ceres
Ceres is looking to hire a full-time Senior Manager, Energy Efficiency who will report to the Director, Electric Power Program and play a key role in our work with investors and companies to materially ramp up energy efficiency investment. This position will focus on encouraging companies to boost energy productivity, advancing policies that enable increased energy efficiency, and producing analytical materials that make the business case for energy efficiency. This position will play a key role as Ceres coordinates investor and other stakeholders to engage with companies in reducing their energy consumption and climate impacts. Many of the investors who will be involved in this effort are part of the Investor Network on Climate Risk (INCR), a project of Ceres that comprises a network of more than 110 investors, collectively managing over $13 trillion in assets.

Financial Analyst: NRG
NRG is seeking a Financial Analyst. Purpose: Assist with modeling, compliance and reporting for solar and wind transactions. Job Responsibilities: Prepare financial models and monthly/quarterly/annual performance and operating income reports for both the Tax Equity and Yield partnerships and interface with these investors. Manage cash distributions to Tax Equity, Sponsor and Yield investors. Support cash-flow management and manage the payments processes. Work with Tax to ensure timely tax filings for Tax Equity and Yield entities. Prepare annual operating budgets for the Funds based on Project level budgets provided by the Asset Management Teams for review/approval by investors. Interact with the Project Finance, Structured Finance, Asset Management and other teams during the Closing of the Funds and Tranching of the Projects into the Funds to ensure necessary knowledge transfer. Contribute to sharepoint site upgrades and ongoing management.
