I can’t believe it’s already 2015! I spent several hours in the past few days updating our pages on the electric cars that are on the market or coming to the market in 2015. I don’t have much to add to those, as those pages are quite comprehensive. But updating an existing page doesn’t inform you readers that the page has been updated! So, here’s a note informing you about the updates.
First of all, I updated the EV Obsession page about electric cars that are on the market in the US and Europe. That was a lot of fun, but took a lot of time! I changed things so that there is now a short table for each car and added in the price of the cars after the US federal tax credit (for EVs for cars on the market in the US). Of course, I had to remove some cars, while several others were added.
Then, I updated CleanTechnica‘s “Electric Car Answers” (aka “Electric Cars For Sale In 2014”) page. This page only includes electric cars for sale on the US market, and I simply pulled the US car info from that EV Obsession page mentioned above… but then also decided to add 0–60 mph acceleration numbers for each car, which was interesting and came with some surprises. In addition to listing the electric cars on the US market, that page includes basic information about electric cars, information about EV battery costs, and information about the environmental benefits of electric cars. I just updated all of those sections as well.
So, check out those pages, chime in with suggestions if you have them, and share with friends!!

In theory, your most exclusive and best content goes behind a paywall. But then fewer people read it! We just don't like paywalls, and so we've decided to ditch ours. Unfortunately, the media business is still a tough, cut-throat business with tiny margins. It's a never-ending Olympic challenge to stay above water or even perhaps — gasp — grow. So ...
