NEX Clean Energy Index On A Roll, Outperforming Nasdaq And S&P 500 (Graph)

The NEX Clean Energy Index has been on quite a roll the last year — recovering rather rapidly from the drop that it experienced back in 2011.

Since mid-2013, the index has actually been outperforming Nasdaq and the S&P 500 — and is apparently still growing its lead, as you can see in the graph below, courtesy of Bloomberg New Energy Finance.

Good news. And I imagine that trend will only continue.
