GE and GelaSkins have teamed up to offer more personalized home EV chargers. GE’s residential WattStation electric car charger can now be personalized with your choice of thousands of designs offered by GelaSkins. If none of those are personal enough for you, you can also provide your own design.
If you choose a design that you love but then get tired of it after a little while, you can switch to another — the GelaSkins covers are removable. If you want to have a look at more designs than are presented above, check out the GelaSkins.com/GEWattStation website.
Beyond the new personalization option, however, GE has made several other improvements to its home EV charger: “To meet the increased demand for electric vehicles, GE also has released a new, more-affordable model of its wall-mounted, indoor residential WattStation car charger. The new WattStation offers a longer, more convenient 18-foot cord and uses a smaller contactor allowing for quieter operation, making it ideally suited for indoor applications. The newly released wall-mounted design is available at a variety of online stores and in stores at more than 40 The Home Depot locations throughout California.”
