Wind power is definitely "big" these days, especially in light of Japan's ongoing nuclear crisis in the wake of last month's earthquake. The failure of several contingency plans at the Fukushima facility has cast doubts on nuclear power's role in future energy policy, with several EU member nations discussing scaling back even current levels of nuclear power production
