Sky Solar Nets $46.1 Million From IPO
The Hong Kong based solar PV project developer Sky Solar Holdings netted a reported US$46.1 million for its recent IPO on the NASDAQ stock exchange, as per recent press reports.
The IPO saw 6,353,750 American depositary shares (ADS) put on offer — with each of these being equivalent to eight of Sky Solar’s regular shares — for $8 an ADS. According to the company’s manager for the IPO, ROTH Capital Partners, the gross proceeds from the IPO were $50.8 million.
