One day, we will all pass on. One day, we will all be just a memory — a moment that someone else will look back on. For those of us left behind, we hurt. Grief can be raw and all-consuming, leaving you feeling as if you’ve got a gaping hole, not in your chest, but your soul. For some, death is sudden. One moment, a person you love is there, and the next, just a memory.

Someone on Reddit recently found that a Tesla can even help in such circumstances. He shared his story on Reddit, and it just reminded me of how little time we actually do have with the people we love in our lives.

B0bzor titled his post, “Thank You, Tesla.”

Every choice you make will become someone’s memory of you. We all make mistakes, and that is okay. Our worst mistakes are not forgiving ourselves over mistakes that we made, and them becoming too late to rectify. Try to make choices that inspire, not bring us down.

What’s important is to have as many experiences with those you love as possible. Because one day, for either you or them, those moments will be all that’s left. Let’s remember to be kind to one another and cherish those we love.
