1 Week Left To Win A Tesla Model S 70D
If you haven’t yet put down some cash in order to help at-risk, underprivileged high school youth get a little boost from the Messner Foundation crew* (er… in order to potentially win a Tesla Model S 70D), you’ve got a week left to do so.
The 2015 Tesla 70 kWh Dual Motor Model S you could win is reportedly valued at $85,500, and the Messner Foundation is only issuing a maximum of 5,000 raffle tickets.
To be exact, the raffle will be held live on June 13, 2015, and will even include live streaming for those of us who can’t be there in person.
To reiterate, the Messner Foundation notes: “Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards the Messner Foundation, which identifies at-risk, underprivileged high school youth who demonstrate initiative, leadership, entrepreneurialism, and commitment to community. The Messner Foundation not only helps Messner Scholars financially, but also provides personal and professional mentoring from leaders in the business community.” That is what tipped me and got me to buy a ticket. Of course, you can’t expect to win, even if you can hope to, but if you feel like contributing a couple hundred dollars or more to such a cause anyway, entering seems like a given.
