Headline police! They have 300 megawatts. Then they have some in construction, about 300 megawatts are in process (complete by end of 2013). The rest not so much, complete end of 2016 is like saying "we will think about it". Likely some of that is for 2014 and is committed but who can say.

I could have a been as truthful with "NextERA in green wash scam, claims 4 times amount of PV it really has!" or we could try balance "NextERA has 300 megawatts PV, expects to double by end of year! More already in the pipeline for past 2013" Still positive, but now you are closer to what is real from just the head line.
