		<description><![CDATA[Yeah, the original Desertec plan seems to have been badly hurt by all the political unrest in North Africa.  Morocco has been aggressive about installing wind and solar and could be a model for other regional countries.


Perhaps once NA settles down they will be able to create income streams by selling electricity across the Med.  But if they don&#039;t hurry the needs are likely to be met by Southern European countries.]]></description>
