A lottery each year consisting of two billion tickets at five hundred dollars each will do it in twenty years. Thats two hundred and fifty billion in taxes, fifty billion in lottery management, three hundred billion as tax free prizes of one times one hundred billion, ten times ten billion, and one hundred times one billion. That leaves four hundred billion a year to finance the hyperloop. That is one hundred billion per two hundred and fifty milesof hyperloop, including land purchases, and one hundred billion, the interest on which is needed to fund operation and maintenance of each seven hundred and fifty miles as a free service.
