		<description><![CDATA[Maybe more support for biking?Interesting that less car-centric cities-NYC and Chicago aren&#039;t on the list.Also wonder what the goal is here-allow drivers to top off their plug-ins,or encourage more to go fully electric?When I trade in my hybrid/bike/walk option it will be interesting to see how the market and grid will have evolved-unfortunately we don&#039;t seem any closer to a revenue neutral replacement carbon tax,which we spur the market onward.]]></description>
