Celebrities’ Customized Fiat 500e Cars For Sale On Ebay

Demand for the Fiat 500e electric car has been surprisingly strong, to the point where dealers are gouging customers on price and a year’s supply of the little EVs sold out in the first few months. If you absolutely, positively must have a Fiat 500e, your last chance could be one of ten celebrity-customized Fiat EVs being auctioned off for charity.

Actually there are only nine left, as the first custom Fiat 500e personalized by Hugh “Wolverine” Jackman sold for $50,000 this past weekend, though there is still plenty of starpower left. Clint Eastwood, Ron Howard, Snoop Dog (I reufse to call him Snoop Lion), Jennifer Lawrence,, Anne Hathaway, Ryan Friedlinghaus,, Hans Zimmer, Kate Hudson, Will.i.am and Barbara Streisand all lent their names and tastes to these unique electric Fiats, which will be donated to benefit the Motion Picture and Television Fund.

With six days left on most of the auctions, the current high-bid is just over $20,000 for the gray Fiat 500e personalized and signed by Clint Eastwood. The next-highest bid is $15,100 for the Fiat signed by Jennifer Lawrence. The only one this writer is interested in, however, is signed by Snoop Dogg.

I’ll leave you to wonder why.
