The one near my office sits in its spot but is never plugged in to the chargepoint it sits in. So no one else can use the chargepoint station either. Presumably someone reserves and uses the car but how/when/where do they plug it in. Takes 4 hrs to charge up and presumably they’re not going to pay for the car while that happens?
