Considering this thing costs about the same as a traditional shower head, I figure if you are in the market for a new one this would be a good place to start. But after a while people might get in the habit of just ignoring the red light and continue showering. These would be good for places like hotels or locker rooms, or any place where people don't shower regularly.

Lemme get this straight, it's a timer? It's a timer? Not a thermometer--that would be awesome: blue for cold, green for tepid, red for hottish. Not a secondary water heater--a plug-in just-in-time shower head water heater would be pretty cool, or pretty warm, actually. But a silly color-changing timer. REALLY? The only reason I ever wait to get in the shower is for it to reach the desired temperature. So why didn't they at least put a thermometer in there? Angry with disappointment. This is why I want to retire and become an EE and fabricate my own stuff.
